We’re here to provide compassionate, coordinated care from admission through discharge, supporting you every step of the way.
Your care team
During your stay, you will be supported by a collaborative care team that will include some or all of the following based on your needs:
• Hospitalist physicians (MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs)
• Registered nurses (RNs)
• Certified nursing assistants (CNAs)
• Case managers (CMs) & Social workers (SWs)
• Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Physical, occupational or speech language pathology therapists (PT/OT/SLP)
• Consulting specialists (cardiologists, neurologists, surgeons, etc.)
Our team communicates daily to ensure your care is safe, coordinated and personalized.
Testing and imaging
Your physician may order lab work, imaging and other diagnostic tests to guide your care. It can take several hours to several days for these results to be completed, based on the type of test. We will keep you updated when these results are returned, and you may also see them in your patient portal, My Baptist Chart.
