Welcome to Wolfson Children's Hospital
When your child is a patient at Wolfson Children’s Hospital, our team of pediatric caregivers has three priorities: to provide the highest quality medical care to ensure the well-being of your child; to make your child feel safe; and for your family to be partners in the care of your child.
As parents, you are part of our caregiving team. Children need their families the most when they are sick or hospitalized, and families want to be assured their children are getting the care they need. Often, you can help with that care by participating in family-centered rounds at the bedside, offering your observations, contributing important medical information and participating in the exchange of information between nurses during shift changes. We want to make sure you are involved in your child’s care every step of the way, which is why we work in direct partnership with patients and families in clinical care. For more information about what to expect during your child’s stay, you can visit our website at WolfsonChildrens.com.
We value your feedback as we seek to continually enhance our care for children. After your child is discharged, you will receive a patient satisfaction survey by email and/or in the mail. To ensure confidentiality, this survey is administered by an independent third-party, Press Ganey Associates, Inc.
Finally, please don’t hesitate to ask if you ever have any questions or concerns. Our professionals have chosen to take care of children as their life’s work and we have your child’s best interest at heart. Thank you for the privilege of taking care of yours.
